What happens if I lose or damage the Pocket WiFi Router?

Please report any loss or damage to us immediately by email. Replacement fees may apply depending on the nature of the damage or loss. Minor accidental damage is handled on a case-by-case basis. We understand that accidents happen while traveling, and we aim to be fair and reasonable. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.

How much does it cost to rent a Pocket WiFi Router in Amsterdam?

Our Pocket WiFi Router rentals start at €8 per day for the Limited Plan (up to 1GB/day). The Unlimited Plan with full 4G/LTE data costs €14 per day. Both plans include free pickup and return at our Amsterdam location. No hidden fees, no contracts — just pay for the days you need.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking before the rental start date. Please contact us by email as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental start date are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start date may be subject to a fee. How many devices can connect to the Pocket WiFi Router at once?

Our Pocket WiFi Routers support up to 10 simultaneous device connections. This means you can share one device with your entire travel group — family, friends, or colleagues — and everyone stays connected at the same time. Simply share the WiFi password and you are all set.

How do I get a confirmation of my booking?

After completing your booking and payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation email at the email address you provided during checkout. This email includes your booking reference number, rental dates, plan details, and pickup instructions. If you do not receive it within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

Where do I pick up and return the Pocket WiFi Router in Amsterdam?

Pickup and return is at our designated location in Amsterdam, near Amsterdam Centraal station. The exact address and pickup instructions will be sent to you by email after your booking is confirmed. The location is open 7 days a week during normal business hours. Please bring your booking confirmation email when you collect the device.

What is the difference between the Limited and Unlimited plans?

The Limited Plan gives you up to 1GB of 4G/LTE data per day at €8/day — ideal for maps, messaging, emails, and light browsing. The Unlimited Plan gives you unlimited 4G/LTE data at €14/day — perfect for streaming music or video, video calls, remote work, and heavier internet usage. Both plans use the same fast network and support up to 10 connected devices.

Do I need to buy a SIM card or download any apps?

No, you do not need a SIM card or any special apps. The Pocket WiFi Router comes fully set up and ready to use. Simply turn it on and connect your device to the WiFi network using the password printed on the device. It works exactly like connecting to a home or hotel WiFi network — no technical knowledge required.

What is the battery life of the Pocket WiFi Router?

Our Pocket WiFi Routers typically last 8 to 10 hours on a single full charge, which is more than enough for a full day of sightseeing in Amsterdam. We include a USB charging cable with every rental. We recommend charging the device overnight each night to ensure maximum battery life the following day.

Can I use the Pocket WiFi Router outside of Amsterdam?

Yes, our Pocket WiFi Routers use Dutch 4G/LTE networks that provide excellent coverage throughout the Netherlands, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, and the surrounding countryside. Coverage may vary in very rural areas. The router is designed for use within the Netherlands during your rental period.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, absolutely. We use Stripe for all payment processing — one of the world's leading and most trusted payment platforms. Your credit card details are encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe. We never store your full card details on our servers. The entire booking and payment process is protected by SSL encryption.
